Flygt Pumps with Concertor system are designed for pumping stations with one or two pumps. The system built into the pump housing controls the operation of the pumps, removes sediments from the pumping station and unblocks the pump impeller in case of clogging. At the same time, thanks to the intelligent controller built into the housing, the pump can automatically adjust its rotational speed (working point) to the lowest electricity consumption. Thanks to such solutions, we save on the operating costs of each pumping station. The Concertor pump controller measures the electricity consumption during each pump start-up. In each working cycle, Concertor lowers the rotational speed and compares the amount of energy used in relation to the previous pumping cycle. This process continues cyclically until the lowest energy consumption required to pump out the repeatable content of the pumping station is achieved. Due to the variable quality of sewage and the non-uniform hydraulics occurring in the pumping station, the adaptation process of the Concertor pump is not a one-time process but takes place every time.
