Dynamic Mixers Proffico type DMU are efficient and universal devices for continuous mixing of various media (e.g. sludge with flocculant) in order to obtain a uniform mixture. Using a dynamic mixer in sludge dewatering installations, you can increase dry matter content and a reduce polymer consumption.

The mixers are made entirely of materials resistant to corrosion and aggressive media. As standard, the mixers are made of stainless steel and very efficient and reliable SEW drives are used in them. Their compact design allows for installation in virtually any available space.

The devices are manufactured in three series of types in the sludge flow range up to 100 m³/h. The special shape of the mixing elements eliminates the risk of clogging. Dynamic mixers can be used for technological processes requiring high mixing energy or alternatively, the mixing energy can be adjusted to the changing needs of the technological process. The completely closed design guarantees safe operation and the absence of hazardous fumes or odors.
