The Zorro mobile chlorinator is dedicated to all types of water, sewage, industrial or technological networks and installations using generally available disinfectants such as sodium hypochlorite or commercial chlorine dioxide.
Model Zorro 2 is completely independent of an external source of electrical energy and allows for dosing of a given disinfectant to systems where the maximum operating pressure does not exceed 8-10 bar. This system can also be used to dose other liquids in specific technological systems.
Mobile disinfection system Zorro 2e is a cheaper version of the Zorro 2 chlorinator, which does not have its own 12V power supply, which means that the device operates only with a continuous 230V power supply. The control panel has been appropriately modified for the needs of such a solution. power supply Generally, the main operational difficulties of secondary settling tanks are manifested by problems in maintaining the proper sewage clarification process. The effect of this is suspension flowing out of the settling tank along with the accompanying exceedance of phosphorus compounds.
Construction
Zorro chlorinators consist of two separate chambers, each equipped with a lock and key to protect against unauthorized access.
- technical chamber, which contains a 60-litre tank with a hand mixer for preparing the disinfectant solution, a dosing pump, a dosing hose and a compartment for connectors and accessories.
- electric chamber contains all the necessary elements and safeguards to provide electrical power to the dosing pump.
The outer housing of the chlorinator is made of powder-coated acid-resistant steel, while the inner housing, due to possible contact with strong disinfectants, is made of a polyester-glass composite, which is a material with maximum chemical resistance.
Scope of application
- disinfection of newly constructed pipelines and water installations,
- disinfection of water supply networks using the hydrant method (e.g. secondary contamination of the network),
- disinfection of sewage in channels, pipes, manholes, etc.,
- disinfection of internal water installations (schools, hospitals, etc.),
- disinfection or activation of filter beds, pressure filters,
- disinfection of tanks.
