In its free form, it is very unstable and is therefore mainly used in aqueous solutions with concentrations of up to 20%. Sodium hypochlorite has strong oxidizing properties. It can be produced by <span style=\"color: #3f88c5; font-weight: bold;\">electrolysis of sodium chloride solution<\/span> or by <span style=\"color: #3f88c5; font-weight: bold;\">adding chlorine to caustic soda<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Water disinfection using sodium hypochlorite is a commonly used method due to <span style=\"color: #3f88c5; font-weight: bold;\">for ease of dosing and the availability and low price of sodium hypochlorite on the market<\/span>. The use of this disinfectant reduces the risk of secondary contamination of water supply networks.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f992471 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f992471\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Generating sodium hypochlorite at the dosing point has two main advantages \u2013 firstly <span style=\"color: #3f88c5; font-weight: bold;\">the solution produced has a much lower concentration<\/span>, thus avoiding problems related to dilution, and secondly <span style=\"color: #3f88c5; font-weight: bold;\">Only as much sodium hypochlorite is produced as is required for disinfection<\/span>. We do not lose the active substance and we do not have storage problems. We are sure that the sodium hypochlorite we dose is always fresh and has the appropriate effectiveness.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #3f88c5; font-weight: bold;\">Sodium hypochlorite generators<\/span> They operate on the basis of the salt electrolysis process. The reactor in which the disinfectant is produced is made of electrodes \u2013 an anode and a cathode. During the flow of brine of the appropriate concentration through the reactor, while supplying direct current to the electrodes, the electrolysis process takes place, as a result of which sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen gas are produced, which must be removed outside the building.<\/p><p>NaOCl MC generators are available in three models with the following performance: <span style=\"color: #3f88c5; font-weight: bold;\">30, 60 and 90 g Cl<sub>2<\/sub>\/h<\/span>. Each of the models listed can be available in two variants of construction \u2013 I or II, which differ in the capacity of the salt tank and the capacity of the tank for the finished sodium hypochlorite product.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e59985b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\"
