Sewage Treatment Plant in Lubart\u00f3w \u2013 delivery of a Bucher piston press with a daily capacity of over 5 tons of dry mass per day, together with polymer preparation stations, a measurement system and control automation. As part of the project, Proffico implemented a complete, high-performance mechanical sludge dewatering installation, which allowed for a significant reduction in the costs of thermal energy consumption by the sewage sludge dryer. The use of energy-saving Bucher piston presses together with devices measuring the level of dry mass, flow and flocculant consumption results in obtaining the maximum physically possible level of sludge dewatering before drying.
