In June we started the implementation of the task "Modernization of the Water Treatment Plant in Char\u0142upia Wielka"<\/em>, which included modification of the water aeration system.<\/div>\n

The previous system was based on three water-air aerators connected in series (green tanks in the last photo). The operational problems were related to their overgrowing, difficult cleaning and low water oxygenation (approx. 3-4 mgO2\/l).<\/div>\n

As part of the project, Proffico designed and built an aeration system based on two static mixers, a contact tank and a Blizzard air distribution system. Thanks to this, the user gained the ability to oxygenate water to 8.5 mgO2\/l, easy cleaning of mixers and reduced electricity consumption.<\/div>\n
It is worth noting that each mixer is assigned to a specific deep-well pump in order to obtain the appropriate flow rates (the previous operation of the WTP involved switching on one or two pumps).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
