In recent days, we have completed the mechanical assembly of our container water treatment plant. The plant was installed in Morąg, where we are carrying out the reconstruction and expansion of the Maliniak Water Treatment Plant. In Morąg, the container station serves as a temporary water treatment facility while the existing one is being modernized. It should be emphasized, however, that the technical parameters, quality of workmanship and durability allow the container station to be operated also in stationary mode, as a target facility.
The container SUW is the result of our work of one and a half years. The idea was taken from Scandinavian models, but the design and construction were entirely carried out by Proffico engineers, because we have ambitions and a professional approach to what and how we do. The station was built entirely from our own funds.
Main parameters of the station:
- capacity up to 90 m³/h with single-stage filtration, which meets the needs of a town with a population of approx. 15,000 inhabitants (station in a segmented development 30+30+30=90),
- pressure aeration, static mixers, contact tank,
- pressure filters with the possibility of working in single- and two-stage systems, water-air rinsing, full automation and filter efficiency control,
- adsorption dryer in each container (process air without contact with the air in the container),
- inverters on the flushing pump and blower, raw water tank, compressor and oil-free blower, Siemens controller,
- the whole thing is adapted for road transport with an overload of up to 5G (a fighter plane is subjected to overloads of up to 10G during an air fight),
- technical durability 30-40 years.
A truly magnificent work of plumbing technology!
Thank you to the entire Proffico team, and special words of appreciation go to Bartek and Rafał – you are great engineers!
Due to the ongoing procedures for registering technical solutions at the Polish Patent Office, we do not post photos from the inside of the containers.
