Proffico PSW-2 Saturator is a faithful copy of saturators from the PRL era. Collectors of retro devices and users of the saturator unanimously confirm that it is distinguished by exceptional attention to the quality of workmanship and finishing details. The authentic appearance of the saturator is not a coincidence but the merit of a meticulous production process, during which we used the most modern production and material processing technologies, including 3D printing of elements.
The PSW-2 saturator is a classically beautiful device, but also with the highest performance parameters, which every water company can be proud of having. It attracts attention with its appearance, intrigues and interests. You can't pass it by indifferently. It is great for promoting a company or various types of events. The saturator has a special space on its housing intended for advertising. The roof can be used for advertising and promotion, as well as special clothing of the people operating the saturator. Just for formalities, it should be added that has a PZH certificate and meets all requirements for drinking water quality.
Scope of application
- promotion of healthy and clean drinking water,
- selling flavored, carbonated water for profit,
- emphasizing the character of events and parties organized in the style of the Polish People's Republic,
- complementing and raising the profile of public events (Water Days, City Days, harvest festivals, anniversary events, outdoor events, etc.).
Material finish
PSW-2 Saturator was made of materials and components that guarantee high water quality. Reusable glasses were replaced with disposable cups, the water is additionally disinfected with an efficient UV lamp. Most of the elements in contact with drinking water are made of stainless steel. A manual mixer is installed in the tank with a capacity of approx. 48 liters, ensuring proper mixing of water with carbon dioxide. On the control panel covered by a door, there are shut-off valves for water and carbon dioxide, a pressure gauge and a water level indicator showing the current water level in the tank. The device is equipped with retro taps, which allow for dispensing two types of juices.
The casing is made of composite and can be painted in any color. The free spaces on the casing allow for placing advertising or a company logo. The whole thing is mounted on a special frame with wheels, and all external metal elements are polished to a high gloss or chrome-plated.
The saturator also has a container for disposable cups in several sizes, allowing them to be automatically ejected. The drip tray is made of stainless steel, and its outlet is connected to the reservoir so that there is always a dry space under the saturator. A removable roof is attached to the sides of the saturator. The user can choose the color and type of cover. The main elements of the saturator are easily dismantled, ensuring trouble-free transport.
