In the field of chemical disinfection, Proffico produces devices under its own brand and cooperates with the German company Lutz-Jesco GmbH, which has extensive experience in the production of water disinfection devices and can boast a wide range of products.

Our offer includes the following devices:

• sodium hypochlorite generators,
• chlorine dioxide generators,
• chlorine gas dispensers.

Sodium hypochlorite generators operate on the basis of the salt electrolysis process. Electrolysis takes place in the reactor during the flow of brine solution and simultaneous supply of direct current to the electrodes. As a result, sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen gas are produced, which is removed outside the building. Production of sodium hypochlorite from table salt is a beneficial solution because the costs only relate to the purchase of salt and electricity consumption and above all, we produce as much sodium hypochlorite as is required for disinfection.

Chlorine dioxide production is also not a complicated process. In the chlorine dioxide generator, sodium chlorite is mixed with hydrochloric acid, held in a reactor and the produced chlorine dioxide is diluted to a concentration below 2 g ClO₂/l. Chlorine dioxide production directly at the point of dosing is profitable because with relatively low operating costs we can adjust production to current demand.
