Polluted water flows into a filter drum, where it is cleaned in the process of gravity filtration. In the event of excessive suspension settling on the filter meshes, an automatic cleaning system is activated after the drum rotates. This system flushes the contaminants in countercurrent, causing them to be removed through the drain channel.

Microfilters offered by Proffico are compact systems with the possibility of installation in channels and pressure systems. They provide high efficiency at low installation costs, use and maintenance. Mesh size from 15 µm to 3 mm allows for filtration of most contaminants.
