hydrodynamic flush valve
If grease and sediments are allowed to accumulate in the sewage pumping station well, the effect does not have to be just an unpleasant smell. Level regulators can become contaminated, which leads to a deterioration in the operational efficiency of the entire pumping station, and in extreme cases it can stop its operation and lead to failure. Therefore, regular removal of sediments is extremely important. If the cleaning is performed by personnel using mechanical methods, this means annoying downtime of the sewage pumping station and labor costs. The flushing valve creates a simple, effective and fully automatic solution to the problem of cleaning sewage pumping station tanks.

How does it work?
When the pump starts working, the valve opens for about 20 seconds, causing a strong jet of water to be thrown out, which flushes away all the sediment. The sewage sediment is then sucked up by the main pump.
The flush cycle is an integral part of the pump cycle and therefore flushing occurs every time the pump is started.
