A month ago we commissioned the water treatment plant in Rekowo Górne. It is the largest and most modern plant in the Puck commune. It has a capacity of 120 m³/h, i.e. approx. 2'400 m³/di in a classic pressure filtration system, removing excessive iron, manganese, ammonium ion and color compounds.
In this task, Proffico was responsible for the technological part, i.e. the aeration, filtration, disinfection system, piping, etc. The general contractor of the task was Glembud from Łebcz.
The inability to flush the filters with air and the need to use diaphragm valves was a technical requirement of the design documentation, and the ordering party did not allow for the additional use of air flushing and pneumatic-driven dampers at the stage of the tender procedure.
An interesting fact is that for the duration of the reconstruction, Proffico delivered a replacement – a container water treatment plant with a capacity of 90 m³/h.
The technical level and technical quality of workmanship can be assessed in the photos.
